Missoula Children’s Theatre Drama Camp: Rapunzel

Take a frivolous frolic through the French countryside with the long locked heroine Rapunzel where Frenchy and the Wood Elves, do their best to help Rapunzel escape the grasp of Madame Gothel. The lost Prince, Rapunzel’s parents, and, of course, her unicorn friends try to help. Just when you think it’s safe a Troll and Three Billy Goats Gruff get in the way. Add to that a group of gremlins trying to trick everyone, and you have...well, chaos! In short, Rapunzel and her chaotic cast of characters tell a silly tale of personal triumph and friendship

Participants will work with Missoula Children’s Theatre professionals and Miami University students doing fun workshops, activities and rehearsing a full-scale musical with local children as cast members.

Each confirmed student will have a role. Roles are written for all ages, skills, and experience levels, and will be determined during the audition process on the first day.

Camp runs from August 3-7, Final Performance Friday, August 7th Note: Missoula Children's Theater offers show specific t-shirts. You can pre-purchase a shirt for your camper in the form below.
